If you feel stuck or limited and can’t seem to change that, you usually need a different point of view to get going. In these sessions we focus on the energetic way you create your life. With a potent toolbox together with presence and curiosity, I’ll listen to what you uniquely require and meet you there. Together we find the way to your lightness, your awareness and power that is always available.

Maybe you've created your life based on other people's thoughts, feelings and beliefs, and now is the time to live life in your own vibe! If you feel limited and can’t seem to change that, you usually need a different point of view to get going.

about me
I am an intuitive therapist educated by Högkänslighet Sverige. I'm offering coaching sessions and I also host Energy Talks Podcast. I am currently studying at the University of Gothenburg for a bachelor degree in Global Studies and in my spare time you'll find me in my happy place - in front of a canvas with my paint brushes and oil colours.
It's important for me to feel connected to my inner guidance and life force. I believe that we create our own realities and my goal in each session is for you to get in contact with that innate power of your own. I've been immersed in the teachings of Access Consciousness for a period of my life, and I am very inspired by the teachings of Kay Pollak, Eckhart Tolle and Abraham Hicks. As a therapist I use different tools, processes, techniques and energies so you can let go of that which no longer serves you.
The way that I see it, is that the way out of fear and doubt and into joy and trust is to let go of negative beliefs and false premises from which you may have created your life this far. When we live our life in presence problems cease to exist. I am here to be with you on that journey towards a more present and joyful life creation.
